It's easy to get bogged down in the busyness of life, a job, or an unproductive relationship without realizing time is passing us by, and the older we get the harder it can be to make a change.

It is up to you to take the steps toward thriving. It begins with mental practice (e.g., meditation or yoga), physical practice (e.g., cardio or strength exercise) and quality relationships (at work and home).

Try something new for 30 days and experience your body and mind becoming more resilient. The key is to figure out what drives you, and when you have an active body, your mind will be sharper and more focused to figuret this out. If you are just surviving right now, it’s never too late to make a change and get what you want out of work and life.
